This article proposes to examine a particular moment that has particular interest for public health, namely the moment of patient-doctor communication. Indeed, the form this communication takes will partly determine compliance with prescribed treatment. Respect of this will prove decisive at multiple levels. We discuss two paradigms that optimize this communication: invested communication and then invested digital communication. The preliminary conclusion based on the theoretical frameworks developed here invites reflection on patient autonomy within a relationship of power.To read the abstract of the article in French, click on the link below :
