Based on a quantitative and qualitative survey of 25 practitioners of the brief systemic intervention (BSI), we seek to identify their main digital uses, to study how ICTs have complicated the nature of the relationship problems encountered in organisational contexts. Our article also discusses the evolution of relationships between Palo Alto’s model practitioners and their customers since emails, appointment scheduling applications, video conferencing, webinars, online videos, e-learning, instant messaging and even social networks interfer with the intervention process.
