In this article we will analyze written communication and more specifically literary communication as indirect communication (the text is added in the circuit of interactions between the speaker and the interlocutor) which does not target a specific recipient. We will mainly be interested, through the texts of the Bellum Gallicum, in the representation of César by César and in his staging as a leader, explorer, conqueror.
